The Gap Advisory Method Diagnostic Speaking Mentoring About Book a call

Customer Experience Advisory · Riyadh × Dubai

80% of companies believe they're delivering a superior experience.
8% of customers agree.

I close that gap. For over a decade I've worked inside operations across the Gulf — contact centres, service networks, branches — turning customer experience from a slogan on a wall into an operating system that shows up in revenue.

CX doesn't fail in the boardroom.
It fails in the handoffs.

Almost every organisation I meet already believes in customer experience. The intent is real. What's missing is the machinery — ownership, cadence, and consequence. Here's what that looks like from the inside.

    02

    Advisory work,
    built to be handed over.

I don't sell decks. Every engagement is designed so that your team owns the capability when I leave — with the governance, measurement and language to keep it running.

    03

    Four stages.
    Evidence before opinion.

A journey of its own — because a CX programme that can't survive the second quarter was never a programme. Timelines below are typical for a mid-size organisation.

    04

    Where is your
    experience leaking?

Eight statements. Two minutes. You get your XM maturity stage, a score across four dimensions, your weakest link, and the one thing I'd fix first. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.

    XM Institute maturity model

The diagnostic below is a lightweight read on where you sit against the five stages of experience management maturity. Most organisations that call themselves customer-centric are somewhere in the first two.

        Your stage

This is a directional self-assessment, not an audit. A real diagnostic triangulates your data, your frontline and your customers — that's stage one of any engagement.

        Speaking &
        mentoring.

I speak because the discipline is still mistaken for its symptoms — a survey score, a chatbot, a smile. Keynotes, executive briefings and closed-door workshops, in English or Arabic.

        06

        Book time
        with me.

Three ways in, depending on what you need. An advisory conversation is free and unhurried. Mentoring runs through the platforms below, where the booking, reminders and follow-up are already handled.

        A practitioner first,
        an advisor second.

I've spent over a decade inside the operation — not next to it. Contact centres, service networks, roadside operations, branch banking. That's where I learned that customer experience is decided by systems, incentives and handoffs long before it's decided by a strategy deck.

Today I advise leadership teams across Saudi Arabia and the UAE on making experience a measurable, defensible business capability — the kind that survives a budget review because it can prove what it returned. My work sits where strategy meets the frontline: operating models, Voice of Customer architecture, journey redesign, and the honest question of where AI genuinely belongs in a customer journey.

I also speak, mentor and write about CX, and I'm unreasonably stubborn about one distinction: CX is not UX, it is not UI, and it is not product design. It's the sum of every impression your organisation leaves — including the ones nobody designed.

          Let's find the gap
          before your customers do.

Tell me what's not working. If I'm the right person for it, I'll say so — and if I'm not, I'll tell you that too.
